I have always been fascinated by the body and how it can move. I was a dancer for 24 years, focusing mainly in ballet. Growing up as a dancer, I put my body through tremendous strain and it eventually lead to a knee injury that took me off the stage.
I was drawn to massage because I wanted to help other dancers and movement-focused people take care of their muscles and joints to allow them to continue their passion.
I love being able to connect with people on such an innate human to human level. It is truly a special experience for me to guide someone on their path towards balance, flexibility, and recovery.
I received my training through a 900 hour program at National Holistic Institute in Studio City. I am trained in swedish, shiatsu, thai, Myofacial therapy, deep tissue, energy massage, hydro-friction, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, chair massage, and sports massage.
